    Hi

    Im using a FTPS connection with authentication type as SSL.
    Im unable to change the directory from root “/” to a specified location
    (say C:\CerebrusArviceFiles)
    The FTPS server is a Cerebrus server hosted on Windows Server 2008 R2 platform and the FTPS client is the wM IS (version 8.2 SP2).

    Returncode :502
    Return Message : 502 Unrecognized or unsupported command

    Is the same cd working when you do it from DOS command prompt to make sure working manually?

    Also try PASSIVE mode if that works:
