Hi forum,

I have QMGRs running on RHEL and want o change the CCSID from 819 to 1208.

Let me give some details.

In my DEV and QA environment, the CCSID is 1208.

And it looks like the default option was taken when building PROD.

Now I want to change PROD to 1208 from 819, what could the possible challenges be?

Is there anything I should consider or think of before I do this change?

What is the language setting of the server where the queue manager runs? The CCSID of the queue manager should align with that. If 2 servers have different language settings, they should have different CCSID values
