  • 1.  Case Event Emitter for new solution

    Hi,

    in the knowledge center it is mentioned that : "Attention: Add all the solutions you want to be processed before you deploy the Case event emitter. You can add the wildcard character (*) to indicate that you want to process all the solutions.".

    If we track event for only one solution and one year later a new solution is to track, is there a way to include the new solution to BPC ?
    Uninstalling/Installing the case event emitter again ?

    Hi,

    New solution can be added to the case event emitter configuration. Once the new solution is added to the emitter configuration, Case event emitter needs to be redeployed . This way emitter reads the new configuration and will emit events from new solutions as well.

    If the CR is reapplied after Case event emitter configuration is changed, operator will take care of redeployment in OCP environment.

    fine. In the IBM documentation it is not really clear, normally we used the BAW administration client to change the Case event configuration.
