We have a device (Samsung) that when enrolled does not display the carrier information and the info about roaming and local data, so we can not get the expense management working. We tried re-enrolling the device, refreshing it, etc etc.
It turns out that the device has a eSIM and if we replace it with a physical (different carrier) email it information populates just fine.
Has anyone experienced the same thing and knows how to fix this so the carrier info is displayed and the data usage can be tracked? Thanks!
