Can't Install Tamino 2.3.1.4

    I download Tamino 2.3.1.4 and I tried to install on a Pentium 4 PC with NT4.0 (service pack 6 and IIS 4). But after I specified the path of the licence, something error in _INS5576._MP - Application Error. Also, I had tried to follow the instruction in a previous posted new, i.e. use the installation without asking licence (setup.exe -IGNLIC_FILE). However, during the installation, the setup program still needs to specify the licence path. Then I got the same error result.

    I am looking for any advice.
