    Hello team,

    I recently configured IBM Security Verify Access to use federation using the SAML protocol. However, when I tried to initiate the login from ISVA by using the login initial, I encountered an issue where it gave me an empty web page.

    URL :"https://<webseal ip>/isam/sps/saml20idp/saml20/logininitial?&NameIdFormat=Email&PartnerId=<PartnerId>"

    I would appreciate any advice or guidance on how to troubleshoot and resolve this issue. Thank you in advance for your help.
