  • 1.  Can't change default password after fresh install

    Hello Guardium community, 

    I have installed IBM Guardium 10.x version using auto DVD but after install when I restart the system and login first time using CLI username it asks for password change. I enter the current default password guardium but when I enter the new password it prints a line "Can't connect to local MySQL server" and it never changes my default password and I am not able to proceed further. 
    Please help me solving the issue.

    Something wrong with fresh installed appliance. Try reinstall it.

    I am installing virtual software appliance and installed 10.6 and 10.1.2 versions multiple times but error remains same. I am attaching the screenshot of error.
