Since we have a new Canon printer (Imagerunner advance DX) we are dealing with printing problems concerning duplex printing.
The point that makes it difficult is that the problem is not always occuring.
We are using the print parameters PAGRTT(90) and DUPLEX(*TUMBLE) which will print the page as follows:
Now and then, it is printing the documents like the parameter DUPLEX(*YES) is used and it prints it like this:
Before, we had a Xerox printer and never faced with this problem.
Could it be that something is "hanging" in memory (maybe from a previous print) that causes this issue?
Anyone that recognise this problem and maybe had a solution to this ?
