Hello,
To do reset, connector synch process and start process count should be the same. Another words, Start count must more from synch count.
If you do a few more times start connector, it may be solved.
Also you can clean IB_GOUPS_DELTA and IB_ACCOUNT_DELTA, it should be under ITIMUSER table.

Hi Stephen,
Correct we need to clear all unprocessed event. And actually we also open ticket to support, we need to clear the unprocessed data from delta table which data is from change sync logs.
Thanks.

Julian,
This reply is a bit late, and you have probably already resolved your issue. But for everyone else's benefit.... you can't reset a connector when there are unprocessed events, as the error message states.
If you are going to reset the connector, then I'm guessing the unprocessed events aren't necessarily an issue for you? Even so, the unprocessed events merely means that IGI has processed the OUT event, but the ERC event hasn't been completed. You can get around that by doing this:
- Stop the connector
- Stop the Events OUT task
- Retry all events that are in a Succes/Unprocessed state - they will all go into Unprocessed/Unprocessed
- Select those events again and REMOVE them. You can remove them when they are in an unprocessed/unprocessed state
- Start the Events OUT task
- Reset the connector
Hope that helps.
