cannot mount DVD drive in AIX 5.3

    I installed the latest version of AIX 5.3 12-04 in a JS21 blade via a CDROM/DVD reader. I changed this blade in another blade Center, I try to mount the cdrom by using this command but it does not work because we use a DVD +RW in this blade center :

    mount -v cdrfs -o ro /dev/cd1 /cdrom
    and I get this error message:

    mount: 0506-324 Cannot mount /dev/cd1 on /cdrom: There is an input or output error.

    mount -v cdrfs -o ro /dev/cd0 /cdrom

    mount: 0506-324 Cannot mount /dev/cd0 on /cdrom: The specified device does not exist.

    I run this command and I get this result:

    lsdev -C|grep cd
    cd0 Defined 0.1.3 USB DVD-COMBO Drive
    cd1 Available 0.1.2.3- USB DVD R/RW or RAM Drive

    lsslot -c slot
    1. Slot Description Device(s)
    U8844.51U.KQ014D1-V1-C0 Virtual I/O Slot vsa0
    U8844.51U.KQ014D1-V1-C1 Virtual I/O Slot Unknown

    If I take this blade in another blade center with a CDROM reader, I can mount a DVD or CDROM.

    What is wrong with my setup? how can I force the mount of the DVD recorder?
