Looking at the error message, you may be getting caught in an issue related to the new certificates and algorithm for GIM. Back in p475, GIM client certificate was updated to a SHA256 new version. Older bundles aren't signed by it. There's a fairly comprehensive document on how to patch GIM and staps around this certificate change found here: https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/7013031 . As noted in the link, you first need to upload and import a transitional GIM bundle, and install it on at least one client. Once that's been installed, you'll be able to upload one of the modern stap bundles, like 112810 that are solely signed by the new cert and algorithm.
