Check if the WTX version you are using is supported with any of the appliance versions.

However my first issue is with WTX. I would assume I need t set up XSL API connection from WTC fot DP appliance.

The simple answer is.... the documentation indicates that there is currently no IBM WebSphere TX 8.4.1.x version that is compatible with any Datapower box.

IBM WebSphereTX 8.4.1.3 does however, let you edit those fields.  (They are not greyed-out).

The DataPower compatibility report for appliance firmware version 7.2 now shows WTX 8.4.1.

The current GA version of WTX 8.4.1, which is 8.4.1.3 will allow you to enter the DataPower options in the relevant options page.
