I have been working at creating a project within IBM cloud services for several hours.
I am of course using a Lite account to review services.
Every time I try to create a project - which also needs to have storage attached - I receive the below error. This error usually appears after the process for first attached 'lite' storage to whatever project I have tried to set up having hung up. Upon repeat I receive the error. As if the system has setup storage and things I am trying to setup the service for a second time. Additionally as per the error, there is no description anywhere within the user interface of a lite plan 'instance'. There are no descriptions of 'instances'. to be seen. There are descriptions and listings of 'services', non of which I have running because IBM Cloud refuses to allow me to start any projects.
Can someone explain what is happening?
You can only have one instance of a Lite plan per service. To create a new instance, either delete your existing Lite plan instance or select a paid plan.
It's been a long while since I had the displeasure of using a corporate environment such as this one. UX and UI leave a lot to be desired. Frustrating to the point of disbelief that a service can be so unfriendly to use.
Looking forward to some ideas on how one is ever supposed to begin using these services? ------------------------------
