Hi there!
I was using watsonx prompt lab regurlarly, but did not access it during the last 1-2 months.
When I was trying to access it yesterday, I could not log-in anymore. I contacted my administration staff and they re-assigned my account to the company project in the IBM cloud. They said, that everything looks fine and all settings are like before when my access worked out perfectly.
I can now again access IBM cloud, but when i try to go to watsonx, it gets stuck when loading user information. When i directly go to the data platform, it says my account is not active, and i get logged-off immediatly after like 1 second.
Has anyone witnessed a similar issue? Is it maybe because the watsonX IAM is not synchronized yet with the IBM cloud IAM?
