    Hi Team,

Can we use Microsoft SQL Server Standard Edition as database instead of SQL Enterprise Edition for ILMT Server version 9.2.31 and BigFIx version is 10.0.8.37 which is running in windows 2016 platform. Please confirm.

I'm confused because in IBM link it says it will support if we upgrade ILMT to 9.2.32 ( IBM License Metric Tool 9.2 - supported operating systems

IBM License Metric Tool 9.2 - supported operating systems
This document provides information about operating systems supported by each component of License Metric Tool. The information can be viewed by component or by operating systems.

In HCL site it mentioned, won't support.

    Hello,

It looks like the report was generated for the latest version of ILMT.

For ILMT 9.2.31, check this detailed report:

    https://www.ibm.com/software/reports/compatibility/clarity-reports/report/html/softwareReqsForProduct?deliverableId=183D03152C3A47A3926C61956A8C856F&osPlatforms=AIX|IBM i|Linux|Solaris|Windows&duComponentIds=S003|A001|A002#prereqs-1

Both Standard and Enterprise editions are supported with 9.2.31. Check the above link for supported versions of SQL Server.

For Bigfix, you should use this technote:

    https://help.hcltechsw.com/bigfix/10.0/platform/Platform/Installation/c_database_requirements.html

As I can see from the notes, both Enterprise and Standard are supported.

ie.  When installing BigFix in a production environment, Microsoft SQL Server Enterprise and Standard are recommended

    Thank you.
