Can we update catalog from version 9.2.23/24 on version 9.2.19?

  • 1.  Can we update catalog from version 9.2.23/24 on version 9.2.19?

    Client have Windows 2008 which version 9.2.23/24 and Bigfix 10.x is not supported but they would like to update the catalog from latest version on their current version 9.2.19 (Bigfix client v9.5.14)

    Hello,

    Updating software catalog manually is no longer possible. First of all ILMT software catalog is now only updated with a new ILMT release - see the:

    [9.2.20] Simplified way of ensuring currency of the software catalog

    section specified at:

    Secondly, Windows 2008 is out of support - see the:

    [9.2.23] End of support for some operating systems

    remark specified on the same page.

    You need to plan updating your environment to a supported level and updating ILMT version as per:
