Then I know where to find "our" metrics more easily when building the Visualization.

You need to go to the gear icon on the top right of the application and click into Data Source Management, which allows administrators to control the measures that are displayed as options to report on when creating visualizations (custom and default). Custom metrics (modelled or calculated) must be explicitly added to a group/subgroup to be exposed in Apptio BI. Let me know if you have any questions or need further assistance.

I am trying to build a simple Apptio BI report using Cost Transparency as the Data Source.
It appears there is a predefined set of Dimensions and Metrics.
Many of the fields (Ex: Business Capability...etc.) from objects (Ex: Applications) which could be pulled in as rows / columns when building a simple Apptio Report in TBM Studio do not seem to be available as a Dimension in Apptio BI.
Is it possible to create / add / enable new Dimensions and Metrics in Apptio BI using existing fields / objects / metrics available in Apptio CT.
