We have a Sterling B2B software installed on a RHEL 7.6 Machine on a Virtual Machine hosted on vCenter 6.7 Machine but, we have to access a vCenter 6.7 only after logging into a Windows Jumpbox.

Question 1- Can we add a Jumpbox and vCenter as VM manager for this setup?

Question 2 - Is this supported for LMT Version 9?

Question 3 - If it's not supported, how should we scan the VM.

Q1: BigFix agent has to be able reach BigFix server from VM using 52311 port. Also VM Manager tool needs to read data from vCenter. It means the Jumpbox doesn't matter until the mentioned components can communicate.

BigFix Agent installed on the VM is inside teh network and can communicate with the BifFix Server.

But, VM Manager tool cannot read data from vCenter as it's outside network.

May i know how should we configure VM manager for these type of setup where vCenter is not accessible in normal network.

You should install VM Manager Tool in please where you may reach vCenter. The server with the tool should also has got a BigFix agent installed, so it could send collected data to BigFix server.

In case such installation is not possible, you have count full capacity manually for all IBM software deployed on the vCenter machines.
