  • 1.  Can the Authentication Report include user log out events?

The Authentication Report looks like it only includes user login events. I need to be able to provide proof of user sessions being terminated after a period of inactivity for auditing and compliance. It would be great in the Authentication Report could include both login events and logoff/termination events for completeness of traceability.

In the main screen for Access Administration you can filter on status (Active and Deactivated) and it will provide you with those who had access and last login. I know this is not ideal or in a report form you can export the file (on the user screen) to filter the data on terminated sessions and last log in dates. You would need to make sure the check box for Hide Inactive Users is not selected.

The column headers that export with information are: Username, Email, Full Name, Account Status, Failed Login, Count, Last Login, Last Password Change, Last Failed Login, Created By, Updated By, Account Type

I think this would be an excellent enhancement to the Authentication Reports. I have a link below that will walk you through the steps on how to submit an enhancement request.

    Hi Renee,

Thanks so much for the suggestion, but I need the timestamp of the actual termination of the session rather than just the last login timestamp. But I'll certainly post the feature request via the link you provided. I appreciate it!
