Hi, 

One Taiwan RBD  customer is trying to start a topic without success. 

When  clicking SAVE button,  The system returns the message :

"You have been automatically logged out of the server due to inactivity,

copy any text you have entered to your clipboard so you won't lost it, then log in to start over "  

What will cause this problem ?

I am not sure what would cause this.

I seem to remember an earlier post where someone found some info on Google about issues with these forums on Developerworks (not RBD but similar) and there was a way to deal with it.  I don't remember the specific issue.

Also...one question...was it temporary and is the customer now able to post to the forum.
