  • 1.  can not enable Adapter Connection

    Posted 03/30/10 06:26 AM

    Dear,

i tried to enable Adapter connection, i found this error:

2010-03-30 11:27:01 CDT [ART.0114.1007E] Adapter Runtime: Error Logged. See Error log for details. Error: [ADA.1.204] Cannot connect to the database with DataSource class "oracle.jdbc.pool.OracleDataSource".
Listener refused the connection with the following error:
ORA-12518, TNS:listener could not hand off client connection
The Connection descriptor used by the client was:
    (DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(PORT=1405)(HOST=10.64.1.76))(CONNECT_DATA=(SID=WSDEV)))

what is the cause of this error?

when i tried to access the database from TOAD, i can.
    how do i solve it?

on the oracle forum, they asked me to check the resource of parameter resource. but it is still availabe for new connection.

    Name : processes
    Currenct : 53
    Max : 76
    initial : 1024
    Limit : 1024

    Regard.
    jaka

this is certainly problem with session in tnsora file, please check what’s the parameter mentioend there… alternativley try to register a new listener for ur database service.
