Sorry to say, but native HA is like RDQM i.e. only supported on RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux).
This does not prevent you from running MQ on Windows, just that you won't get the benefits of Native HA.
The assumption that the migration to Windows on AKS is easier might not be adequate. Using OpenShift cluster you can take advantage of the MQ Operator that will automate a lot of the setup for you.
This could make the creation of the qmgr even easier than when using windows.
Admin efforts would then probably be the same. The biggest change is using correctly the services paths defined in OpenShift...
Hope it helps

Subject: Can MQ NativeHA with CRR run on AKS using Windows Nodes?
Good Morning.
I have a customer running MQ on Windows VM on-premise. They are exploring running MQ NativeHA / CRR on AKS. I noticed in AKS documentation that AKS does support Windows 2022 Nodes. Can the customer run MQ on NativeNA/CRR on these Windows nodes? I am "assuming" that this is easier migration for them with less impacts than running AKS nodes as Linux
