According to Apptio Documentation it looks like DataLink connectors will only work for Azure customers who are operating under Microsoft's Enterprise Agreement (EA) model. My company will be reselling Azure services through Microsoft's Cloud Service Provider (CSP) subscription model. Is there any support for obtaining the billing information under the CSP model via Partner Central API vs EA API? Has anyone had any success leveraging DataLink's general REST Service in this context? If so, is there any documentation?

Adding @Randall Tennant to see if he has information about the Partner Central API that supports Azure CSP subscriptions. If it doesn't accept an EA-style Enrollment Number and API Access Key for authentication, the current Azure connector won't connect successfully. And if it's secured using something other than basic, digest, or OAuth2, then our standard REST connector is unlikely to be able to connect either.
