Hi,

I started a new IBM Cognos Analytics on Cloud - Trial yesterday , but I am having issue launch it. it shows CA Login Authentication Error. Screenshots below.

I have tried clear browser cache and cookies and use difference browser, still show the same error.
I try to login with my teammate account, it works. so the issue should be with my account, yanwang@ibm.com
