When I execute report as Excel file and send the result as a attachement in mail the name of attachement is renamed like this :

"=utf-8BT0QgVGVuZGFuY2UgQ0EgQXV0byBhdmVjIGTDqXRhaWxfRW52X1RzdC54bHN4="

it Is effectivly an Excel file, but my users can't open it simply. It's really blocking for migration to R4 and if someone has an idea that would be great.

I have identified the problem, the name of the attachment is changed when the name of the report is greater than 30 characters.
I opened a case.
