check the log level set for the environment in the cognos admin console. It should be in Basic in order to capture the log. Check this setting for both environment level and individual dispatcher level.
Make sure audit database configuration configured in all the application server cognos configuration.

Subject: C11 Audit Database stopped capturing all activities
After upgrading from C11.0.11 to C11.1 we are noticing that the Audit DB is only capturing part of the activities it used to!
Ex: we have more than 50 scheduled reports that run everyday. After upgrade Audit DB logs less than half of them as have run. It's random which are logged and which are not.
Anyone experienced same?
Anyone knows what could be causing this?
