Hi Michael
Had been OOO hence delay in replying, apologies.
I'm guessing your Android Enterprise configuration has not been set up with the managed G-Suite approach. You can verify this in Setup > Services > Mobile Device Management > more. If the account is not G-Suite this might explain it.
IMPORTANT - please do not change this without consideration, as if you do all existing devices may be impacted, potentially from an app management but also from an authentication perspective.
If you want to get the specific issue investigated please contact our Support team to raise a ticket.

Subject: BYOD Conflict
BYOD offering, we are looking at the G-Suite MDM enabled Google accounts to lock down a personal device.
We have found that if we place Google Services app. (work space) against the account, it will no longer load on a device with Maas360. It will not sync. if it is already loaded and then the settings of the Google account subsequently changed.
I have a feeling it is because we are trying to load a managed device account onto a managed device,
Does anyone know a workaround to this particular issue?
