We have recently been deploying MaaS360 and I'm still trying to figure this out and I need a little guidance.

I am trying to silently deploy the bulk provisioning executable to our existing Win10 PCs. However, when testing the deployment to existing PCs, I am finding that the PC is not being enrolled. When I configure the bulk exe with the Bulk Provisioning Tool, I am wondering which option I should be choosing for "Choose end user computer account type for enrollment". The documentation is a little vague on the subject.

So, we have existing on-prem Windows domain joined computer, PC1. I silently push bulk provision tool to it. It installs and I can see the BulkProvisioningService running on it. I am logged into the PC with my domain admin account. But the PC never shows up in our portal. I've gotten it to work just once or twice, but a majority of the time nothing happens. Our users are currently being imported to MaaS360 via AzureAD sync.

Any help or guidance would be appreciated.
