Hi,

I am not able to build my simple process from the designer. My connection pools are working fine and the logical server with the designer is also good. I tried reloading the wmPRT package also. After doing all these, i still see this error :

Error: Build of process “test1” failed. Please check the log file for more information.
com.webMethods.process.generator.exception.GenerationException: com.webMethods.process.connection.is.IntegrationServerConnectionException: "Error accessing services in the WmPRT Package. Please make sure WmPRT package is installed and enabled on your IS connected to the logical server “{0}”.localhost

When you define logical servers on designer, you must use addresses known to remote integration servers.

If in your windows machine you add a logical server with host “myhost1”, this host must resolve on the remote machine running IS.

Ensure you use correct DNS names.

Thank you for your reply… but there is no instance of remote machine in my process. I just created everything on my local sys. with host name as “localhost”.

Is your logical server is connected properly from designer, justtry to test the IS connection again, how about the process audit settings? Can you see it connected as well?

I tested the IS connection… from the designer - it is successful. And also tried reloading the wmPRT package , but the prob. still exists.

How about process audit databse parameters?
Are you using integeration server JDBC pool, check the connection by clicking test connection.

I tested - process Engine and process Audit , they are successful. But when i try to build the process from the designer, I see the same error.

When you configured IS, what user do you use? Administrator or any other?

Looks like if the user you use for the connection does not have ACL rights to WmPRT.

Ya its a possible error… But I logged in with Administrator/manage only.

I am also facing the same issue. From desdigner and IS JDBC pool, the connection is working fine.
But when I tried to build a process, getting the error.

Hope the Logical server (IS) that you configured is with Admin user of IS?
