Broker Core 9.6.0 Fix3(W64) Error

    Hi,

    I am trying to apply Broker Fix (Broker Core 9.6.0 Fix3(W64)) in 9.6 stopping all the servers, but its consistently failing. Can anyone please help me resolve this asap?

    Hi All,

    The above problem is resolved now. Actually, 9.6 is installed on the same machine as 8.2. As a last minute resolution, stopped the 8.2 servers also and applied the 9.6 fix and it worked. But, I feel stopping running servers is not the best option to do.

    Can anyone suggest a better solution? Tried every possible way to avoid stopping the other servers.
