If IS is publishing the Document to Broker and Broker client Queue is not available the what happenend. Can you please let me know…
IS Dispatcher will queue the message locally until the broker becomes available. Several settings drive how all this happens and whether the IS does in memory queuing or persists to disk. I would recommend reading the Pub/sub guide doc provided as part of webMethods IS. It offers a lot of good info on how all of this works.
