    i find out lots many fixes in advantage site
    but i want to know basic & standard fixes wch we applied
    while installing New IS or broker.

    That depends on your setup and requirement. Even webMethods recommends that customer has to determine which fixes are neccessary for his environment. However, normally you are supposed to apply the latest service packs for IS and Broker. If you are not able to decide which fixes are required for your environment, then request you to raise SR in advantage and webMethods would be able to give you the right answer.
