Nothing I can officially recommend, but a Google search gives me some videos (link).

I provided the documentation link above. As for the installation, you can talk to your organization’s webMethods Administrator, to obtain access to Empower. Thereafter, you can download and install the products that your organization is licensed for.

Your Administrator may have a local copy of an image as well, and license keys for your organization.
