Hi ,

We are getting continuous error logs for all RN transactions even though they are succeeded. We have IS 9.9 and all fixes are up to date.

Error:
2017-01-16 00:30:35 CST wm.prt.dispatch:handleTransition
[PRT.0101.9125] Service pub.event.routing:send failed.

Please suggest me if any one encountered this issue before

Can you please elaborate about the issue you are facing?

Is it happening in BPM transition from one step to another?

Also have you implemented error handling in the service/Process model?

Please share few more logs from getLastError serivce.

Hi Faraz,

There is no much logs for help.

We just see these error for each RN transactions. We did analyse on the issue, SAG suggest a new IS_Core fix 7 for thiis in 9.9 Version. This also fixed before with IS core fix 3.

I am predicting as some of PRT services are deprecated in 9.9 may causing issue here. Not sure though

As per Error Reference Guide, this exception arises for a service failure. So, it can be anything.

It can be because of deprecated services or may be something else.

Were you able to track which service is causing the issue?

This issue is resolved after reinstalling the IS-Core latest fix_7.
