I am unable to start BPM in IS, wm.prt.admin.startup fails with error
Could not run ‘startup’
java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException: com/sag/eform/repo/ContentRepositoryListener

While testing the service from dashboard of WmPRT package -the below are the error details
Error type:java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException:null
Service: wm.server.xidl:testServiceWrapper

Please let me know if anybody has encountered this scenario/solution

This is the only error message I could find in the logs
Error message:
null
Caused by: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/sag/eform/repo/ContentRepositoryListener
Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.sag.eform.repo.ContentRepositoryListener

Service stack:
wm.prt.admin:startup
wm.server.xidl:testServiceWrapper

Hi Hima,

please provide more details about your environment like IS version, fixes apllied etc.

Did you try to stop and restart the IS?
During startup there might be more messages in the logs then when only starting the services from the IS Admin pages.

Do you have some specific components installed on your IS?
I do not have any associations with terms like XIDL.
