bootstrapping in logistic regression and interpretation of CI's

    Our research group recently utilized bootstrapping logistic regression on a sample of 75 participants, and found several independent variables that were predictive of our DV according to p-values, but the corresponding confidence intervals in all cases cross 0, which we are unsure how to explain or interpret. Any input would be much appreciated!

    You might want to up the number of bootstrap samples and use the BCA version, but read the discussion on this page for issues with the bootstrap
