BO reports not accessible in new window using https:

    Hi All,


    Good Day!


    I have a BO(Business Objects) application deployed in WAS. The BO reports are accesscible in a new window using the below URLs.


    http://WASIP:port/contectroot
    https://WASIP:port/contectroot
     http://WebServerIP:port/contextroot
     

    But, The application is accessible except the report in a new window using the URL https://DNS/contextroot.


    The DNS is configured in Load Balancer. Could you please suggest me, does any configuration change need to be done in http server or Load Balancer.
