    Does the Blaze component that ships with webMethods product suit include com.blazesoft.template.repository.admin.NdRomAdminUtil utility to automate deployment?

    Any particular reason that you don’t want to use wM Deployer? At deploy-time Blaze rules are technically the same as normal IS packages.
