Blank screen when clicking on Diagnostic Logging

    ​Hello ,

    I get a blank screen when I click on the Diagnostic Logging ( Under manage---> Configurations )
    I am Administrator on the system .

    We are on IBM Cognos Analytics 11.1 R3 ( Linux)

    Appreciate any thoughts or someone faced similar issue ?
