BIND version upgrade 9.4.1 to 9.17.5

    Dear Team,

    We don't able to install bind version 9.17.5 and also 
    I downloaded the dnf_bundle_aix_71_72.tar and install manually 
    And also download the bind version from AIX open source toolbox
    when I dependencies rpm then it again have dependencies please help me and  in my environment don't have yum and don't have python , also no internet provide because  its private org
