  • 1.  Best Way to Find Out Firmware Version

    Hi Community,

    I have been using the following command to find out the firmware version of all hosts,

    # /opt/qradar/support/deployment_info.sh -HFO

    And then I compare the components between the outcome and the firmware page (E.g., IMM, BIOS, RAID Controller),

    I wonder if there is a more direct or easier way to determine the firmware of the hardware? 

    I have encountered a situation where the component versions are inconsistent.

    That is, BIOS (IVE164L-2.80) indicates it's an M6 3.1.0 while IMM (CDO394P) and RAID Controller (51.20.0-4374) indicate it's an M6 7.1.0.
