Somewhat of an open ended question I suspect. You have a mixture of everything there, a good old heterogeneous mixture of platforms which is EXACTLY what MQ is good at.
All best practices for MQ apply to you. To name a few (but in no way a complete list):-
There are a collection of Best Practices articles which Roger has pulled together here: Information on MQ Best Practices. Read all that are available (some are broken links now which is a shame). Then come back to the forum and ask about anything you don't understand the reason for.
