We are re-developing our Apptio interface.  To draw our customers in, we'd like to match the professionalism of a modern website when users first navigate to our Apptio main page.  Are there any examples of what other people have done on their main menu Apptio pages?

My team is considering an upgrade to R12, with a more out of the box approach, but we spent a lot of time customizing the reports in our current R11 instance.  I have attached a screenshot of our landing page below.

FYI - LyondellBasell is a chemical company, so the background image is a chemical plant.

given that you have the ability to customize the Apptio landing page by adding in your own styling, fonts, images, etc, are you looking for advice on how to do this? This way you can maintain the look and feel of your business, which your colleagues will be familiar with.

Or are you purely just seeing how other companies approach their landing page?
