  • 1.  Before logging on some ARIS users are getting a "Could not create the Java virtual machine" error

    Some of my ARIS users can’t log into ARIS due to getting a Java Virtual Machine Launcher error (Could not create the Java virtual machine). We are running ARIS 7.2 The users with the issue seem to be using Window’s 7 or higher PCs. Any one else run into this problem?
