  • 1.  Batch Naming Template on Emails

    Hi,

    When setting 'Batch Naming Template' on the 'Datacap Application Manager'

    It works on Scanned batches

    But when using ews scan function, the batch name template has no effect.

    Am I missing some configuration?

    Why not use the Batch naming Template in Datacap Taskmaster Server Manager instead. Supposedly the one in Datacap Application Manager is application specific.

    The one in taskmaster server manager is for all apps.

    You might of found a bug when using EWSMail and Application manager setting for batch template.

    You probably are processing it with Rule Runner.

    Call IBM support and open a case for a fix.

    Tell them to search for the following contents in their knowledge base for a solution.

    RULERUNNER SERVICES USES THE "BATCH NAMING TEMPLATE" VALUES ENTERED IN DATACAP SERVER MANAGER INSTEAD OF USING THE "BATCH NAMING
