  • 1.  Basic Disposition Workflow Attachments - Customization

    Question for the Group:  has anyone here been able to customize the Retention Due Report and/or the Deleted Records Report (CSV file attachments to the Basic Disposition workflow)?  I'm not seeing where that's constructed in the workflow, so my suspicion is that it would have to be a code-level change.  Thanks in advance!

    Hi Gene - I haven't looked at the workflow in a while, but I do know that you can adjust the log4j.properties file in the RecordsManagerSweep folder to change the logging level.  Basically, the file creates the disposition sweep logs.  My guess is the workflow just attaches the default log created; but again, I haven't looked at it in a while.  We run Auto Destroy on a weekly basis and I had to adjust the logging level.
