Can we invoke the commentsattachment service from a “service task” step in a process ?

Our requirement is as follows,

1. We have some base64 files strings as the input for a BPM process.
2. We want to add these files to comments attachment section in business console.
3. Can we invoke the task engine service “commentsAttachment” from a service task step in a BPM process ?
4. If possile, how to get the task Id of a “service task” as the taskid is a mandatory input for “commentsAttachment” service.

Is there any other way to achieve this scenario?

Seeking for a help to solve this scenario.
