    I am at https://w3.ibm.com/epm/bcacognos/bi/?perspective=home

    I have two problems.  First, I have created a report in My Content, but I am unable to edit my report. 

    Second: I need to set up a folder so that many people can use my report.  I go to Team Content, click the Plus sign, type in the name of my new folder:  and I immediately get an error: CM-REQ-4012 You do not have the appropriate permissions to update or delete the object "/Team Content" or a related object.

    I am on the Americas DAA Top Team!  If I don't have the authority to create such a folder, then who does?
