    Hello guys

    We want to integrate a view from Azure Synapse in our Framework Manager so we can make reports out of it.
    The Azure Synapse parquet files are integrated in one view on our synapse database. After getting a working connection (ODBC and JDBC) we can import this view into Framework Manager (Cognos 11.1.7).
    But I always get an error message when testing the table in Framework manager. Same Error occurs when getting the data in Cognos Analytics with the framework package.
    Error message: 
    jdbcSQLException:
    TYPE 'table' is not supported.

    Can anyone give an indication why this is not working, and how to fix the issue?
    The error message is not helping me since its a view and not a table we are trying to integrate.

    You need to review which version of the Microsoft JDBC driver you are using, and upgrade to one which fixed issues like this
