Does anybody have experience using Mulesoft as an API to connect to Azure? If so, how did you handle datalink/Apptio?

I have tried Postman, but not Mulesoft. I believe that Datalink is independent, and you cannot configure it. We use the Multicloud connector for Datalink.
You'll need security credentials in both cases (for the API software and Datalink) to set up oauth2, or any other access method. Your cloud security team should tell you what the rules are in your organization.
